CREATIVE CHANGE MAKERS

Lamb Arts’ Creative Change Makers Program is a teen leadership program that spurs community change through creative action. Area teens are nominated by a diverse group of community leaders and go through a professional interview process prior to being selected for the program.

Once accepted, teens then take part in an intensive creative leadership training program focusing on problem-solving, community service, workforce development, and building local knowledge.

After completing the program, selected teens are invited into the Lamb Arts Ongoing Mentorship Program where they continue their training, mentorship, and community service in a multi-year program. Teen Captains are also hired by the organization to assist in workshops, pop-ups, and special events. Taking students through the cycle of positive leader identification, skills training, and eventually, employment.

The Creative Change Makers Program is made possible through the generous support of the John Randolph Foundation, Dominion Energy, and the Hopewell/Prince George Chamber of Commerce.
